Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless luxoravexia.top d.o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time:

• We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
